Your jobs are completed in less time, which also means lower cost for you. The DC260, or Zeus as we like to call him, is one of the largest and fastest digital printers in town.
The Mutoh ValueJet 1204. Wide Format Banner Printing (up to 48 inches wide)
With its four color process (CMYK), 1440dpi resolution, and print speeds up to 145 square feet an hour, prints coming off the Mutoh Valuejet are simply breathtaking! Print anything you like up to 48 inches wide, from text to illustrations to photos. We have a variety of papers to choose from, including: photo satin, vinyl adhesive mesh (for exterior windows), adhesive banner for mounting on foam core, and glossy and matte banner material. Add your choice of white adhesive loops, metal grommets, or just the vinyl print alone, and you have the ultimate presentation setup. The ValueJet creates brilliant images using Mutoh’s Eco-Ultra inks, which are UV protected, waterproof, and fade-resistant for up to three years outdoors, without need of lamination.
Mutoh has taken a totally new approach with its i² (Intelligent Interweaving) print technology. Ink is laid down carefully in optimized wave forms, not in straight lines used in traditional printing practices. This approach will drastically reduce or even eliminate typical inkjet printing artifacts such as horizontal banding, step mismatch banding, ink mottle, etc. In short, i² will allow bi-directional printing of all images, even for the most critical jobs. The ValueJet’s improved print speeds and exceptional image quality are made possible through Mutoh’s new piezo print head technology. The ValueJet has 1440 total nozzles and variable dot technology to produce outdoor durable, photo quality images.
